Automation should cost less than the work it replaces. We build on n8n, which you can self-host so you pay for a server rather than for every task it runs, connect the tools you already pay for, and add checks that catch expensive mistakes before they spread.
Per-task automation pricing means the busier you get, the more the robot costs.
Tools that overlap
Three subscriptions doing parts of the same job, and a person copying data between them.
Mistakes found after they cost money
An invoice total that doesn’t match its lines, noticed weeks later, if at all.
Trips back to the shop
A van reaches the job without the tool it needs, and half the crew’s morning goes on driving.
What we build
Self-hosted automation
n8n on your own server: no per-task fees, and your data stays on infrastructure you control.
Checks on the money
Invoice lines, shipping and tax reconciled against the total before anything is recorded.
Load counts before the van leaves
A phone checklist that counts what each van should carry and flags anything short.
Reports that build themselves
Monthly inventory and stock reports produced from the paperwork you already get.
Where this is already working
In-house work at the concrete floor coating company where Max runs operations, and working example builds. The examples are demos built to show a pattern, not client results.

Supplier invoices, read and checked into a sheet
Supplier invoices arrive by email as PDFs. Each one is read, and every line item, plus shipping and tax, becomes a row in the invoice sheet.
Nothing is written unless the rows add up to the invoice total. If they don’t, or the PDF can’t be read, a review email goes to the office instead.

A monthly inventory report that builds itself
Someone uploads the month’s stock movement report in a simple form. A new tab named for the month appears in the inventory sheet.
AI reads the lines, but plain code does all the adding, so the AI never totals anything. If a line is missing it refuses to write, and re-uploading a month makes a new tab instead of overwriting.

Questions about this
How much will it save?
It depends on your volume, and we won’t guess before seeing it. On the call we look at what the work costs you now, so you can judge whether a build is worth it.
What does self-hosting involve?
A small server you rent, typically from a mainstream host. We set it up, and you own the account.
Not sure what to automate first?
That's exactly what the call is for. Thirty minutes, free, no pitch.
